Inside the four walls of BUILT. we are going to change the Strength Training game in Adelaide. In our eyes, strength training is the combination of compound exercises (squat, bench, deadlift) and also utilising machines, free weights and accessory exercises to make improvements in posture, technique, imbalances and overall fitness.
Strength Classes are kept to 8 people to help you get the most out of your Strength Training. With small classes, you can be sure that you will never be lost in the crowd. We will deliver coaching to each individual that is only possible within a small group. If you are looking for personal training without the price tag, BUILT. is for you.
At BUILT. we understand the science behind progressive overload and the law of accommodation. Our strength cycles will run in blocks of 4-8 weeks to ensure that you are continually making gains. Example cycles may include: Squat cycles, German Volume Training, 5-3-1 Training, Conjugate Methods, Hip Thrust Cycles, Bench Cycles and much more!
