At BUILT we place a premium on getting you as strong and fit as possible. As a result, we have created the perfect the small group strength training environment, giving you a perfect combination of culture and coaching.
During these sessions you will learn how to Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press with perfect technique under the watchful eyes of our high-level coaches. Then, after smashing out the strength component of your session, you will move onto some different exercises that focus on the areas of your body that you want to work on.
In addition to our amazing strength sessions, you can also get involved in our conditioning classes. During our conditioning sessions you will perform a unique combination of strength based movements and interval based training.
With the whole session performed at a high intensity, this is your opportunity to get up a sweat, burn some calories, and have a great time in the process.
