Timetable

At BUILT. We offer two membership options – 4 -Day strength, and 2-Day strength programs.

Our 4 Day Strength membership give you access to four 60-minute strength classes (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday), and one conditioning class (Tuesday or Thursday), per week. This is the perfect option for those of you who want to take your training to the next level.

The 2 Day Strength Membership gives you access to two 60-minute strength classes (Tuesday and Thursday), and one conditioning class (Saturday), per week. This is the ideal option for those of you who live busy lives, but still want to make some serious gains.

All classes are capped at 8 people, which means you get a more personalised training experience with a great group of people at a seriously affordable price point.

Morning strength classes are 60 minutes and are held at 5.30am, 6.00am, 6.30am, 7.00am, 7.30am and 9.30am

Afternoon/Evening strength classes are 60 minutes and are held at 4.30pm, 5.00pm, 5.30pm and 6.00pm.

Morning Conditioning classes are 45 minutes and are held at 5.45am, 6.30am, and 7.15am.
