5-Day Strength or 6-Day Hybrid Memberships Available
Strength Classes: This gives you access to five 60-minute strength classes (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday), and one conditioning class (Thursday) per week.
All classes are capped at 12 people, which means you get a more personalised training experience with a great group of people at a seriously affordable price point.
Hybrid Classes: This gives you access to six 60-minute hybrid classes (Monday-Saturday) these classes are capped at 15 people for a more personalised experience.
